By submitting the We Care form, I understand and agree that MindfulGrace Church may share my story, situation, or testimony — within the church community, through online platforms, or via offline publications — for the purposes of requesting support, promoting transparency, and inspiring generosity.

I authorize MindfulGrace Church to use photos, videos, or descriptions of the assistance I receive to illustrate acts of compassion and help encourage others to give.

 

I understand that:

• My personal contact information (such as full name, phone number, and address) will always be kept private and never publicly disclosed.

• Any public sharing will be focused on the help provided and will not include identifying details unless I have given explicit permission.

• This consent allows MindfulGrace to:

  • Publicly request support on my behalf if needed.

  • Share the results of the help provided (e.g. photos, testimonials, updates) to show impact and foster trust within the donor community.

 

I also understand that I can revoke this consent at any time by contacting MindfulGrace Church directly.
